Spock.com which already has indexed 100 million people and is adding a million people a day to its search engine. The search engine plans on becoming available for public use at the end of August.
One of the ways that Spock.com is finding individuals, is through social networking websites such as MySpace, Friendster and Bebo.

That’s an incredible number of people to add per day but mining the networking websites should keep them indexing for a while. I’m not certain that I’d want to be listed there personally - there’s already way too much personal information available on the internet, which can be good in some situations (being found by friends) and bad in others (being found by stalkers!).
